I am 66 years old, living in Bangkok, Thailand and now retired from international education. I have since been able to pursue my passion, and started my own health & fitness coaching business. Personally, I have been following the primal lifestyle now for 10+ years, having already inspired a number of people to “Get Primal.” The Primal Health Coach courses have definitely expanded my primal knowledge and resources, as I also seek to slow down the inevitable ageing process.
