About Me
I'm currently a student at the University of Utah pursuing my PhD in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology. Before moving to Utah, I worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Baylor College of Medicine where I spent time programming exercise and weight loss trials in obese adults. I have both my MS and BS in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University and am certified as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) through the American College of Sports Medicine.
