About Me
I describe myself being communicative, good listener, positive and confident. I chose the road of health and well being in high school when I was struggling with my weight. After years of trying a lot of diets, with short term results I decided that I have to go farther. So, I got specialized as nutritionist and I changed a little of my way of eating, but I noticed that it is not enough. I realized that being healthy it is a matter of lifestyle so I decided to start Primal Health Coach program to learn how to do it. Today my dream came true! The knowledge and life experience changed my lifestyle and now I am ready and excited to teach you how to do it!
