My curiosity into ancestral health has taken me down many roads, taught me many new concepts and finally turned into a full-time job. I live in a coastal town on the east coast of Australia and a mum of 2 boys, who have been my main teachers. I love cooking and growing my own food and excited to be part of the primal community.
I have a particular interest in women's health especially those women hitting the menopause years.
