About Me
I specialise in helping busy professionals aged 35+ who feel tired, bloated and are prone to picking up illnesses.
Having experienced this myself, I can empathise with how these symptoms can negatively affect someone's confidence and quality of life. Through working with a holistic doctor and then a nutritionist, I was introduced to aspects of the Primal lifestyle which helped me to clean up my diet and develop good habits with regard to movement, sleep and stress management. As a result, I overcame my illness and, as a bonus, my skin became clearer and I lost the weight that I struggled to lose before. This inspired me to become a Primal Health Coach as I was keen to learn more about the Primal lifestyle and in turn assist others to better their own health.
I also work with people who are interested in generally improving their lifestyle with a view to becoming healthier and fitter by educating and guiding them towards making good choices and changes. I am a firm believer in prevention being better than cure as so many of today's most serious illnesses can be avoided by adopting a healthier lifestyle.
