43-year old with a rougher-than-expected medical rap sheet. My 20s/30s was a period of steady weight gain and stress capped off by Heart attack with stent in 2009. Since 2012 I'm off all meds and been in the best shape of my life thanks to Primal lifestyle changes. Looking forward to playing sports and games and camping with my kids as they get older into my late 50s and beyond thanks to Primal living. I want to help others do the same.
